The mission of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors is to enhance its members’ ability to create fraternity and sorority experiences that positively affect students, host institutions, and communities. The Association intentionally promotes and supports diversity and inclusion within our organization and works to enhance the understanding and importance of these issues among all members.

We are committed to hearing and understanding differing viewpoints and ideas that our members bring to work of the Association, including strategic discussions, the development of resources and publications, and the implementation of educational programs. We seek to create a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds and points of view can learn from one another.
