The mission of the AFA Foundation remains to secure, invest, and distribute the necessary resources to support the educational objectives of AFA, other relevant research, scholarships, and educational programming that furthers the fraternity/sorority profession.- Buy a ‘Because You Believe’ sticker or pin;

- Bid on an item at the Silent Auction, or;
- Give a general gift to the AFA Foundation.
Last fiscal year, the AFA Foundation provided over $150,000 in professional development, scholarships, and operational support to the Association! Please help us to ensure the AFA experience remains accessible and affordable for fraternity/sorority professionals through a gift to the AFA Foundation!
'Because You Believe'
A hallmark element of the AFA Annual Meeting, ‘Because You Believe’ stickers and eCards honor the work of friends, colleagues, mentors, and brothers/sisters/siblings in advancing the sorority and fraternity profession. Buy a ‘Because You Believe’ sticker for someone to let them know you believe in the work they are doing!
New this Year: Limited Edition Pins
In addition to “Because You Believe’ stickers, the AFA Foundation is excited to make available for purchase a limited edition, custom ‘Because You Believe’ Annual Meeting lapel pin. Buy a ‘Because You Believe’ lapel pin for an extra special colleague, mentor, or friend. Attendees will be able to purchase these limited edition ‘Because You Believe’ lapel pins while supplies last (only 250 available).
Silent Auction
The AFA Foundation Silent Auction is one of the most popular events at the Annual Meeting. This year will be no different! All proceeds go directly to support those involved in the advisement of sororities and fraternities. Your donations help the AFA Foundation fund projects aimed at strengthening our profession, including research and professional development programs.
This year, the Silent Auction will open at noon Monday, December 8 and close at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 9. It will be held entirely online: items will be available for display in the third floor lobby, and you can enter and track your bids on the Silent Auction website.
