We are seeking candidates with the relevant knowledge and skills to execute and provide leadership to the meetings & events of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors & Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values, on behalf of Synergos, Association Management Company. This position also works to manage various Association volunteers and volunteer teams. The ideal candidate is able to flourish in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. S/he must show ability to work with members exercising strong conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills. The candidate must practice solid verbal and written communication skills and exhibit the ability to perform in a professional manner. Individuals who will be successful in this position are able to work quickly with little day-to-day supervision and exhibit an ability to provide excellent customer service to members, staff, and clients.
