The AFA Foundation's goal for 2015 is to raise $20,000! Since 1994, the Silent Auction at the Annual Meeting has been the AFA Foundation's most popular event, raising a sum total of $326,750. Donors and buyers help the Foundation fund projects aimed at strengthening our profession, including research and professional development programs.
The AFA Foundation is pleased to offer a donor credit, within the organization, to professional speakers, consultants and members donating professional services. We will be recognizing individuals or companies who donate services with a fair market value of more than $1,000 to the 2015 Silent Auction with a $250 “soft credit”. This means you’ll be listed as part of the 1976 Society in the annual report, and your credit will count toward any past or future cumulative giving.
If you’re interested in donating a speaking engagement or other products/services (books, Skype consulting, etc.), fill out the form here. You’ll want to have a photo or flyer ready to upload showcasing the donation, and be sure to include any additional fees (lodging, airfare, etc.) that will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you have any questions about the AFA Foundation Silent Auction, please contact Aimee Ash at firstname.lastname@example.org.
