Sponsorship & Exhibiting Opportunities

The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of campus and headquarter professionals. Each year, this much anticipated event includes more than 1,500 AFA members who come together for professional development and networking. Your financial support allows AFA to provide conference attendees with professional development of the highest quality.

Vendor Membership

Vendor membership in AFA is for organizations, companies, and suppliers (for-profit or not-for-profit) supporting the professional work of our members. Vendor members may be subject to approval of the Association president and must be aligned with the Association’s mission, vision and values. The annual membership, September-August, provides access to the membership database, conference exhibitor opportunities, sponsorship access, and other benefits. Vendors must have a current vendor membership to be able to participate in the exhibit hall at the Annual Meeting. For questions about membership please contact Jennifer Heitmeyer, Coordinator of Member Support.

Annual Meeting Overview

Over 85 percent of our membership typically attends the Annual Meeting. This year, the Annual Meeting will take place November 28-December 1, 2018 in Indianapolis, IN. The AFA Annual Meeting provides enriching and impactful educational experiences on relevant topics, trends and issues. Attendees will discuss and reflect upon the changing dynamics and enduring principles impacting the fraternity/sorority experience. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to engage in Association business, network with colleagues, meet business partners in the exhibit hall, bid on items in the AFA Foundation Silent Auction, and recognize the achievements of our membership.

The 2017 Annual Meeting attracted campus-based fraternity/sorority advisors and supporting staff from more than 357 campuses and staff and volunteers from over 115 inter/national fraternal headquarters. There were more than 115 educational sessions presented over the four days of our meeting.
